The e2b calibration team excels at aviation-specific product knowledge, calibration methods, and customer communication. This expertise can be attributed to in-depth product knowledge, using the best metrology processes, and continuing education. In April 2016, e2b became a Tronair authorized dealer and service center. Next, e2b wanted to focus on additional customer value by providing Tronair training.
Tronair Ground Support Equipment Instructor Certification
The team traveled to the Tronair headquarters for GSE Instructor Training and certification. The e2b team is one of the first to participate in this course. The education focused on how to educate repair station personnel on GSE maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair. The importance of taking proper care of equipment is paramount. “Aviation equipment is expensive. With proper maintenance, these pieces can last for 20+ years.” said Mike Miner, Quality Manager for e2b calibration. Our goal is to extend the life of equipment.
E2b calibration Customer Training
By working closely with Tronair and completing the GSE instructor training, 3 members of e2b calibration are now certified to provide training to customers. GSE training is now available to all e2b calibration customers that own Tronair products. Tronair training is hands-on and takes place at the customer site.
