E2B CALIBRATION: A CLEVELAND CALIBRATION LAB
e2b calibration, a division of e2b teknologies, is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration lab located right outside of Cleveland, Ohio. The Cleveland calibration lab has been serving the area for over 15 years and today, offers its customers a wide array of services including asset management and on-site service capabilities.

e2b calibration was formed in 2001 by Founder & CEO Bill Henslee and was originally named Click Cal. The Cleveland calibration lab was created to provide calibration and repair services to fixed-base operations (FBO), maintenance and repair operations (MRO), and manufacturers. When the Cleveland calibration lab initially started, the e2b calibration team was not nearly as large as it is — it only consisted of four employees. With a smaller team, the core calibration services consisted of a small scope, including physical dimension calibration, force measurement testing, and pressure calibration testing.
Today, the Cleveland calibration lab has grown considerably. e2b calibration has expanded its facilities, geographic coverage and offers an intensive accredited scope, including torque calibration, flow meter calibration, pressure calibration and more. All calibrations at e2b are performed using standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
SCOPE
As employees were added to the team and the collective knowledge of the team was added, e2b calibration grew to add a more extensive scope. Today, this scope currently includes calibration of electrical and electronic instruments , RF and microwave, pressure gauge and transducers, vacuum, torque, tension and compression force, gas flow meter, humidity, physical-dimensional, temperature, liquid flow meter, transformer turn ratio test sets and thread gage.
The Cleveland calibration lab has quick turnaround times, pick up and drop off delivery services and on-site services for most equipment. e2b calibration has also made Anytime Assets, our proprietary asset management software, available to all customers. The cloud-based asset portal gives 24/7 access to calibration certificates, calibration reporting, order status and more.
AVIATION
Today, e2b calibration also specializes in aviation calibration testing. The Cleveland calibration lab’s staff includes highly-trained personnel who specialize in air data test set calibration, aircraft jack proof load testing, GSE services and much more. In recent years, e2b calibration has also expanded its business partnerships to include Tronair GSE service and training, Dillon product distribution and an increased scope including avionics test equipment.
QUALITY
e2b calibration strives for quality calibration. To ensure quality, the Cleveland calibration lab holds internal audits of our quality system throughout the year and also holds an annual audit by ANAB Accreditation Services. These audits aid in retaining ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 certifications.
